Within 24 hours you'll have availability and a full written quote: daily rate, GST, your pooled kilometre allowance, and estimated fuel. No obligation.
Confirm With a Secure Payment
Happy with the quote? Pay the advance through Razorpay — international cards, UPI, and netbanking all work — and your dates are locked. You'll receive email confirmation and an invoice. We run one flagship caravan, so a confirmed booking means the whole calendar is yours.
We Plan the Details Together
Before your trip we finalize the route day by day: overnight halts, water top-up points, permits (we arrange Ladakh Inner Line, Rohtang, and any other passes), and any special requests — a birthday cake in Jaisalmer has happened. We Pick You Up. The Trip Begins.
On day one, The Explorer arrives at your hotel, home, or the airport — free anywhere in Delhi NCR, or delivered elsewhere in India on request. Your driver and helper introduce you to your rolling home, and you're off. From here they handle driving, refuelling stops, tank servicing, and the evening camp setup. You handle the playlist.
