A Team Offsite That Nobody Forgets

Ditch the conference room. Brainstorm by a bonfire. Run your next retrospective watching the Himalayas. The Explorer is a luxury caravan — call it an RV, a motorhome, or a campervan — that turns any road in India into your team’s private offsite venue. Chauffeur-driven, fully self-contained, and built for small teams of 4–6 who want something real.

Why a caravan offsite

Three Things a Resort Can’t Give You

No Distractions

No resort lobby. No room service menu. No WiFi addiction pulling your team into Slack every five minutes. Just your people, the road, and whatever you need to talk about. The caravan — your RV, your motorhome, your campervan — becomes the only room on the itinerary.

Real Bonding

Cook dinner together at camp. Set up the bonfire as a team. Share a sunrise over the Aravalli hills. This is bonding that actually works — not trust falls, not icebreakers, not forced fun at a banquet hall. People who travel together remember it for years.

Productive Downtime

The rooftop deck seats four — whiteboard up there if you want. The bonfire pit turns into a retro circle at night. New scenery every morning means new thinking. Your best ideas won’t come in a meeting room; they’ll come staring at a lake at 6 AM.

How it works

Your Team Shows Up. We Handle Everything Else.

A professional driver and helper travel with you throughout. They drive, set up camp, service the tanks, and handle every permit. Your team’s only job is to be present.

1
Tell us your dates and team size. Message us on WhatsApp with your preferred dates, how many people, and any goals for the trip — strategy session, team bonding, or just a hard reset.
2
We suggest a route. Based on your dates, season, and what you want from the trip, we recommend a route with daily stops, camp spots, and a line-by-line cost estimate.
3
Pickup from your office or hotel in Delhi NCR. Free pickup anywhere in Delhi NCR. The Explorer arrives at your door — your team steps on, and the offsite starts immediately.
4
Travel, camp, bond — the crew handles everything. Your driver and helper manage the driving, camp setup, water, power, and waste. Your team focuses on each other.

FAQ

Corporate Offsite Questions

The Explorer seats 6 and sleeps 4 adults + 2 on convertible beds. It works best for leadership teams, founding teams, or close-knit squads of 4 to 6. If your group is larger, we can help you plan a multi-vehicle setup — message us on WhatsApp.
Yes. 1000W of rooftop solar, a 2500VA inverter, and a 4KVA silent genset mean you never run out of power. USB charging points are throughout the cabin, and the inverter handles laptop chargers comfortably. You can run a full work session on the rooftop deck without worrying about battery.
You can work at the dining table or on the rooftop deck while parked. While moving, the ride is smooth (air suspension on a 6-wheeled Leyland chassis), but most teams use travel time for conversations and downtime, then work during camp stops. Mobile hotspots work on most routes — we recommend Jio or Airtel.
The Explorer has a full kitchen — cooktop, 120L fridge-freezer, microwave, utensils, and RO drinking water on tap. Your team can cook together (a surprisingly good bonding activity), or stop at dhabas and local restaurants along the route. Many teams do a mix of both.
Yes — we issue a proper GST invoice. Most companies book this as a team-building or offsite expense. Payment is via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking), and you receive the invoice by email. Advance payment locks your dates; balance as agreed in your quote.
Absolutely. A weekend trip from Delhi NCR works well — Rishikesh, Neemrana, or the Aravalli foothills are all within range. Two days is enough for a solid reset. Message us your dates and team size, and we will suggest a route.
The Explorer is a fully enclosed motorhome with twin ACs, heating, and a weatherproof cabin. Rain actually makes for great evenings — cook inside, watch the storm from the panoramic windows, then step out when it clears. The rooftop deck has a canopy for light showers.
